3 Clues that It's Time to Step Out in Faith and Expand Your Comfort Zone
Sometimes, okay, well, maybe all the time it can be hard to make change. We're actually hard-wired neurologically (that's in our brains!) to fear change.
Earlier in our evolutionary history, any change in our environment was quite possibly life-threatening and we evolved the instinct to stay in the same environment. The instinct to stay inside our comfort zone and, whatever it takes, to stay safe.
When you're running as hard as you can just to stay on top of the chaos, it can be hard to spare a thought for your purpose - I totally get it. I spent many years just surviving instead of building a life of passion and purpose that I loved.

We're building up to the big fire festivals of mid-summer and the longest day of the year and I love to watch the leaves emerge to provide their beautiful shade as the sun gets hotter.
When I run my workshops I find that many of us are not taking proper care of our own health needs. We are running on empty and so tired that we don't have time to figure out how to really take control of our business.
In order for you to build your heart-centred business, and create work-life balance, you need to take care of yourself. Too often we allow our lives to run us into the ground and it has to stop if you want to be as powerful in the world as you can be.
