The Wheel of Life is a quick and simple technique to see just how balanced your life is.
Notice I said 'quick' and 'simple'... the worst thing you could do with the Wheel is think too much about how to fill it in. It's best to allow your unconscious mind to give you the answer very quickly so you get a true view of how you're doing. Trust me on this one, your conscious mind will over-analyze and over-agonize on whether you're doing it 'right' or not.

The unification of mind and body into the mind-body is great news for anyone who wants to make progress in their own development.
It means you can focus on your strengths in order to make that progress.
Yoga is old. Really old. Thousands of years old. The sutras of Patanjali are considered the foundation of yoga knowledge. They were written in approximately the second century (BCE). And when I say written, I use the term very lightly, it was more likely an oral tradition of knowledge that was finally collected and written down sometime between 100 BCE and 500 CE.
Lucky us.
Many of us drag our way through the days: sleeping poorly, waking up tired, feeling that dreaded after-lunch lull and finally falling into bed far too late in the evening.
With a job, kids, parents, and volunteering all demanding our passion and time it can feel almost impossible to keep up.
We fuel our bodies with simple carbs and caffeine to give us quick energy and then require a few drinks to calm down at the end of the day.
Why are we so tired?
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is an easily learned technique that allows the user to quickly 'tune in' to their body in any moment. Commonly, AK is used in decision-making and is thought to provide a mind-body connection where the mind is allowed to access the deep knowing and intuition of the body.
My favourite method is what I call body rocking. Once 'calibrated' or trained your body will provide a quick feedback mechanism for any decision-making you need.
