Okay, I admit it. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with visualization. It just seems so... well, hard to do. And time consuming. And boring. I just un-love it.
But I bet you couldn't help but visualize certain body parts when you read the title of this post! That's because visualization works, sadly, whether we want it to or not.
***As a sidenote, for any new readers, I'm not usually so crude - I just get all riled up when I think about having to visualize my successful future for 15 minutes per day for the rest of my life to have the Law of Attraction bring me everything I want.***
I had an epiphany late last night (or early this morning depending on how you look at it) that the solution was not to toss visualization but to devise a work-around...
