Are You Running On Fumes?

Are You Running on Fumes?

Are you drained? Struggling with adrenal fatigue?

If it feels like an effort just to make it through the day, let alone having enough energy to live a life you love then it's time to take care of yourself with some radical self-care…

Check out today's video blog post!

The vast majority of the women who swung by my table at the 5th Annual Women, Wine and Chocolate event on the 27th of February – no matter how fit and fabulous they were! – were in desperate need of rest and relaxation.

Around here we call that radical self-care and to figure out if you need some radical self-care, complete the simple gas gauge below.

Here's how you do it:

1. STOP. Whatever you're doing, just stop for 20 seconds and focus on listening.

2. BREATHE. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose. Keep breathing.

3. DROP. Drop your awareness down into your chest or stomach. Get out of your head and into your body.

4. ASK. Ask your unconscious mind this question: "Hey there Unconscious Mind, on a scale of 0-100, 100 being super-duper full, where is my gas gauge right now?"

5. WRITE. Write down the answer and put a date beside it.

Do it now! Avoid arguing with the answer. Simply say 'Thank You' to your unconscious mind for being helpful.

Battling exhaustion? It's time for radical self-care.

Do You Need Radical Self-Care?

What did you get?

If you're like most of my clients, you're running on fumes at 40% or less. It's okay.

I've been there. I had adrenal fatigue that knocked me on my ass for almost a year. I got cavities. I had hair loss. I had a B12 deficiency. I slept 12-16 hours per day.

It was ugly.

But there is hope. I'm NOT in adrenal fatigue anymore. I left it behind.

How?

I let go of the deep unconscious beliefs that were causing me to run my body into the ground. The beliefs that said things like, "If you're strong, you'll keep going no matter what and never let them see you cry." Bulls**t like that.

The problem with burnout is that it impacts more than just ourselves. It impacts our spouse, our kids, our businesses and it keeps us from stepping out on the path of life purpose that the Divine has planned for us.

It sucks.

And I'm thrilled that I get to help women get out of that state all the time. We set boundaries, let go of perfectionism, and create lives that they love. Where they get to be on purpose and snuggling with their honey, instead of struggling to put one foot in front of the other.

If you need to fill your gas tank it will take some radical self-care. If you're ready to find out more, please join us at one of our events or contact us for a Strategy Session
