1. Examine the attachment styles of both yourself and your significant other. How do these styles interact and influence the dynamics of your relationship? Reflect on any challenges or strengths that arise from the combination of your attachment styles. How can you leverage these insights to enhance connection?

2. Reflect on your current position on the independence-interdependence spectrum. How do you balance autonomy with the desire for connection in your relationships?

3. Examine any co-dependent patterns in your past or current relationships. How has the need for external validation or approval influenced your sense of self and connection with others?

4. Explore the concept of healthy independence. What does it mean for you to maintain autonomy while also fostering a deep connection with your significant other?
